GuessTheTrade.com is a trading simulation and educational game. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, brokerage, portfolio-management, or investment-advisory services.
Charts, scores, ELO ratings, achievements, daily challenges, profiles, public usernames, and duel links are for entertainment and educational purposes only. They should not be treated as trading signals, investment recommendations, performance promises, or proof that any user can trade profitably with real money.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all actions taken through your account.
Usernames, avatars, profile content, and shared links must not contain advertising, domains, misleading financial claims, impersonation, unlawful content, or contact details intended to bypass our rules. Usernames that look like websites, brands, trading services, or promotional links may be rejected, renamed, restricted, or deleted.
Public profile pages and leaderboards may display user-generated usernames, avatars, statistics, and achievements. We are not responsible for user-generated content, external claims, or losses caused by relying on another user’s profile, nickname, avatar, or shared content.
We reserve the right to remove content, rename accounts, suspend access, delete accounts, limit leaderboard visibility, or restrict features where needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, protection of users, or protection of the service. Serious abuse may be handled without prior notice.
Skill-based prize contests: GuessTheTrade may offer free skill contests where eligible users compete using virtual chart-reading performance, ELO gained during the contest day, or stream challenge accuracy. No deposit, stake, purchase, paid entry, or real-money trading is required to participate. Results are based on skill-based interaction with historical chart simulations, not random draws or betting.
Prize eligibility is subject to manual review. We may withhold, cancel, reduce, or deny prizes where we detect suspicious activity, multi-accounting, automation, account sharing, manipulation, abuse, technical errors, invalid wallet details, legal restrictions, or any violation of these terms. One person may use only one account for contests unless we explicitly allow otherwise.
Prizes, when offered, are discretionary promotional rewards paid manually after review, usually to a valid USDT TRC20 wallet provided by the user. We are not responsible for incorrect wallet addresses entered by users, blockchain/network issues, third-party exchange restrictions, taxes, or losses caused by sending funds to a wallet controlled by someone else.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, contests, prize pools, stream challenges, or leaderboards where needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or service improvement.
